What does Looomy do during a live stream?
Looomy can answer invoked viewer questions from your approved knowledge, run commands and timers, power browser-source overlays, record clip markers and collect creator-focused chat insights.
Does Looomy generate answers from the open internet?
No. Responses are grounded in the knowledge answers and documents you manage. If the available context is not strong enough, Looomy can stay silent and preserve the question for review.
Can I review what Looomy learns from my channel?
Yes. Channel scans create reviewable discoveries and open questions. A proposed answer does not become approved knowledge until you decide to use it.
Which streaming platforms does Looomy support?
Looomy is available for YouTube Live. Twitch and Kick are coming soon; they are not available yet.
Does Looomy work with OBS and other broadcast software?
Yes. Live Studio provides permanent browser-source links for the available overlays and the animated Looomy Companion. They work with OBS and other broadcast software that supports browser sources.
Can I move from Nightbot without rebuilding everything?
You can connect Nightbot and review compatible commands, timers and trusted viewers before anything is imported. Looomy shows unsupported or changed items instead of silently rewriting them.
Does the clip feature store my stream footage?
No. Looomy stores a timestamped marker that points back to the original stream window. Your footage stays with the streaming platform.
Can I try Looomy for free?
Yes. Connect your YouTube channel to use Free with 4 hours of lifetime monitoring and 50 AI answers. No card or payment needed. Teach Looomy an answer, add the bot as moderator, and start monitoring when you go live. Optional dashboard answer tests use the same AI answer allowance without using streaming time.
Can viewers tip me without a paid plan?
Yes. Every account can publish a creator page, turn on tips with Razorpay and show basic tip alerts, even when monitoring time runs out or a paid plan ends. Keep the alert source open in OBS to display new tips. Looomy takes no commission. Razorpay fees may apply. YouTube support alerts are included with Pro and Studio and require live monitoring.
